The Challenge

Chandler Chiropractic has provided chiropractic care for citizens in the greater Columbia, SC area for over 20 years. They were failing to convert visitors into patients due to a poor user experience and an overall dated look.

“My old website was prehistoric. I made it myself years back with a website builder and never had much success getting patients from the internet. I relied solely on word of mouth and referrals but knew I was missing an opportunity. I was planning on moving locations so I thought it would be a perfect time to overhaul my website and brand.” – Dr. Chandler

The Solution

After our strategy meeting, our three main goals were to rebrand the company, redesign the website, and increase patients from the internet.

We came up some branding ideas that included a bright color scheme that would be used everywhere from the logo design to the office paint. We designed the website with the intent to showcase their services and make it easy for new patients to schedule an appointment.
