The Challenge

Carolinas Dermatology and Plastic Surgery is a physician-owned and operated medical practice providing high quality and state of the art dermatologic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery services for the improvement of the skin and body. 

“We used a theme for our old website and ran into many errors. We wanted a custom website that could easily be maintained and updated. We wanted our patients to easily be able to learn about our services, pay their bill, and download patient forms very easily.” – Angela G.

The Solution

After our strategy meeting, we came up with a plan to design a website from scratch that would meet the primary needs of their existing patients and provide a positive experience for prospective patients.

We designed a custom header that would make it super simple for patients to access their patient portal, pay their bill, get directions, and download patient forms.
